SO IF YOU FIND TWO ITEMS OR MORE IN OUR SHOP THAT YOU LIKE -Please send an eBay message before purchase and we can work out a discount (The discount usually applies to all items purchased after the first)

You will then need to provide us with your paypal address so we can invoice you

(The first item will not be discounted and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other listing offer)

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Items paid for before 12pm are dispatched on the same day. Otherwise your parcel will be dispatched on the next working day.

For domestic UK packets up to one kilo we use Royal Mail second class delivery service. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.

For UK domestic parcels over one kilo in weight we use 'my Hermes', delivery is tracked and can take up to 5 working days.

For International parcels please contact us first as we like to find the most affordable method of delivery to your country

Your parcel will be delivered to your eBay address on the order details page – if you require delivery to a different address please let us know.

RETURNS

Faulty Goods: Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications before you return the item so and we can arrange to replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in its original saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost.
